Happy Lantern Festival!

图片
Today is the Lantern Festival, a time for familial reunion. However, unlike previous years, I have chosen to spend this traditional Chinese festival in Malaysia.       In the morning, I awakened with a sense of novelty in a foreign land as it marked my inaugural experience celebrating the Lantern Festival abroad. Gazing out of the window, I noticed that the streets lacked the luminosity and embellishments reminiscent of our hometown. Nevertheless, as daylight unfolded, subtle indications of Lantern Festival celebrations gradually emerged. Various lanterns and traditional delicacies adorned shop windows, evoking a comforting sense of homecoming.       At noon, I partook in an elaborate family feast with my friends; although devoid of biological kinship presence, everyone congregated together engrossed in lively conversations and laughter - truly contented moments fostering warmth and intimacy.      As evening descended upon us like an enchanting veil, we strolled through city stre

Today I would like to share my experience in the National Zoo of Malaysia.  As one of the highlights of Kuala Lumpur, the National Zoo of Malaysia is a great place to visit, whether it is a family outing or an adventure with friends.         When my friends and I came to the zoo, the staff was very enthusiastic to help you take photos, if you need to buy, he will take you to choose photos, if you mainly want to see the panda, go in and turn left directly, so it will be faster.       But on the way to the panda house will also see birds, monkeys, tigers, giraffes, rhinos, hippos and other animals, they are very cute, you can not help but use the camera to capture these lovely animals wonderful moments.     The lunch time of panda farm is 14:30. Unfortunately, we did not see it. When we arrived at the panda House, FENG YI and FU WA were still sleeping with their hair white and bright, which can be seen that they live a happy life in Malaysia.     A visit to the zoo is an enjoyable d

Today is February 11, the second day of the Lunar New year, this is my third week in Malaysia, life is getting used to, today's schedule is still very full, to One Utama to see a long-awaited movie "Rob N Roll".  I think under the premise of the solidification of the police and bandit shootout movie, it really gives me unexpected surprises and some "freshness" that I haven't seen for a long time, and the central meaning of the film is also very interesting. It is essentially to discuss the "midlife crisis".      It tells the problems faced by three middle-aged men who have achieved nothing. The film tells us that every choice in life can trigger a series of chain reactions, and where these chain reactions will eventually lead us is often unpredictable. But no matter what the result is, we should face it bravely, because only in this way can we really live out ourselves.   After the end of the film, my friends and I took MRT to enjoy the nigh

Hope for good things in the new year

With the Spring Festival approaching, the first time in a foreign country, when I see my friends writing words like "go home for the New Year" in Weibo, Renren, and wechat, I always feel like I have lost something.      At this moment, I am willing to admit that "home" is always a place where I am full of expectations. Therefore, I chose to come to the bustling and lively Pawilliam on the weekend, not only to experience the Malaysian New Year atmosphere, but also to let myself fade the feeling of homesickness in the busy.    Shopping malls are full of festive red, very grand, New Year songs one after another, loop playing, presenting our Chinese New Year's lively atmosphere, "noisy, prosperous".     There is also a lion dance, which mainly combines dance, music and acrobatics. Lions in Chinese culture symbolize courage, strength and independence, and on traditional festivals such as the Spring Festival and Lantern Festival, lion dance teams also wa
